Garbage, low-rate, bad bed, loud...

Disliked: Murphy bed! Back is wrecked. You can hear the neighbor and the room smells like it hasn’t been updated in 80 years.

Disliked: Reserved ocean view and received lower floor level with a roof view. Concierge reached out many times for us to tour time share. Could not charge to our room since we werent Royal Sonseta Kauai guests. Will never return to a Marriott property
