Bad

Liked: The customer service was horrible. After repeated attempts to obtain a waived cancellation fee because of a major hurricane I was denied. My family attempted to travel from NY to Florida and our flights were cancelled. Remember we are in a major storm and the parks would be closed for a few days why would this place not waive the fee. Very poor customer service !!
