Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay.

Liked: Close to the main attractions
Disliked: The staff were rude - we asked for clean sheets and rather than housekeeping sorting this out, they expected us to strip the bed, leave the sheets outside the room and a bag of new sheets was left for us to put on. Surely this is housekeeping’s job? No housekeeping 5 out of 7 days.

Good for families. Good location.

Liked: Large rooms very spacious
Disliked: Rooms could be updated and washers and dryers updated as well. Some towels were torn and worn.

Overcharges to credit card, the...

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: I was charged a $600 twice as a deposit payment on check in, having pre-paid. It should have been no more than $150. I was then charged again for drinks and it was taken from the deposit and then charged again. They said they had a blip in the system but I had to raise with my credit card company as the hotel didn’t follow up my complaint. Keep a close eye on their charges and retain your invoice.
