Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: I was charged a $600 twice as a deposit payment on check in, having pre-paid. It should have been no more than $150. I was then charged again for drinks and it was taken from the deposit and then charged again. They said they had a blip in the system but I had to raise with my credit card company as the hotel didn’t follow up my complaint. Keep a close eye on their charges and retain your invoice.

Disliked: Housekeeping was lacking. They were scheduled to come once during our 5 day stay. Bedding was not changed, bed was not made, washcloths not replaced, jacuzzi not cleaned, and coffee, cream, sugar not replaced.

Liked: Great location, the checkin process was quick. Staff was extremely courteous and provided great information. Loved the Marketplace, great breakfast and amenities.

Always a peaceful location with...

Liked: Everything. Been to Vegas 6 times over the years and have now stayed here 3 times. It has no casino, so is lovely and quiet and is just off the strip so good access. The free parking is fabulous and I love the gym facilities - if you have a car, consider this location. Also love having a fully fitted kitchen and lounge, so the space is great
Disliked: Nothing really. Only niggle would be is to have a bigger gym / more equipment, but that’s a personal request.
