Liked: The size of the rooms, staff, and cleanliness.
Disliked: Wasn't a fan of how uncomfortable the bed was, and the soap/shampoo/conditioner provided wasn't all that great. I'd highly recommend bringing your own. I also would recommend doing your own grocery shopping and only using the marketplace if you absolutely have to. The prices are outrageous

Liked: The hotel and the facilities were great. Very comfortable. The only thing, this time, is the suite seemed a bit more worn than our prior stay. Also the pool, on the 1st day, was a bit too cool. Overall, the stay was great.
Disliked: I would have liked the heated pool to be a bit more warm. And the hot tub is very small. They could use an upgrade on the hot tub so more people can join.

Liked: The front staff was very accommodating. We were coming with three families and had no problem booking two units. We have come before in the summer but the youngster enjoyed the indoor pool
