Pleasant stay on a nice...

Liked: Nice location. Lots to do. Nice staff and the property was clean.

Nice room but wait to...

Liked: room was very clean and modern. Very nice lighting
Disliked: 20+ minute wait in line to check in.$25/day parking with most of the parking in uncovered spaces.

Poor management decision to charge...

Liked: We like the suite room layout and location to pools etc in Villa I much better than Villa II. Villa II area too small to even get a walk in around property.
Disliked: We were charged for a second night even though we did not stay on/in the property for even 24 hours. With a medical emergency we should NOT have been charged for second night. Definitely NOT a customer focused management decision but rather "it's all about the money."
