The place was nice, but...

Liked: The property was pretty. Accommodations comfortable.
Disliked: Front desk service was not good so we did not get the location and Villa that we should have gotten.

Nice place. Decent value..other than...

Liked: Nice place. We were disappointed after being charged $25 dollars a night for self-parking. I never saw that on the reservations.
Disliked: We were charged 25 per night to self park. Really bogus!

Horrible value.charged way too much

Disliked: It advertises itself as a hotel but it’s a time share. I couldn’t change my room which wasn’t as advertised. No balcony no view! The only window was blocked by 7 foot high concrete walls. Was charged too much for this crappy place with NO room cleaning. There were no facilities on the premises. Only a pool. Very uncomfortable. Will never go again.

Liked: I love the property!
Disliked: That now they charge for parking!

Liked: I loved that the fire pit was near a grill where we all hung out. And everyone was super friendly.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was my family was on the other side of the property.
