Liked: Excellent pool Staff excellent Misono restaurant excellent Room neat and tidy
Disliked: Drinks were exuberant- Doesn’t need to be $26 for a cocktail No minibar in room Nothing on tv - stream from phone only - maybe people dont want to touch their phones on holiday !Pool area a a little bit of rubbish in out of the way area Breakfast pretty expensive - and doesn’t include a barista coffee ? Cmon Pay for parking

Liked: We loved how friendly the staff were. We have a 15 month old, and all the staff made sure to stop and talk to him just as much as to us.
Disliked: There's nothing we could fault them for.

Liked: Staff were the most welcoming and helpful I have ever experienced. They gave us a free bottle of wine, let us have late check out for free and even gave us a pool pass after we checked out so we could enjoy the facilities for the rest of the day! The pool is also pretty spectacular - never seen anything like it before.
Disliked: They were cleaning the reef pool whilst we were there so it was quite merky but what can you do I guess :)

VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE PRICE...

Liked: BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, GOOD VARIETY. SERVICE WAS SLOW AND A FEW STAFF RUDE.
Disliked: THEY WERE DOING RENOVATIONS AND SO NOISY AND DOING WORKS EARLY IN THE MORNING AND NOT AT THE TIMES THAT WERE GIVEN.KITCHENETTE WASNT WELL STOCKED. LACKING IN GLASSES AND BATHROOM SMELT
