I'd stay again at this motel. We were greeted warmly. It was worth the money for sure. It was close to the concert.

Liked: The air conditioning worked well all the time. The walk in showers were a blessing.
Disliked: We did find a box that had coffee and tea bags, but there was no coffee pot. The lamp on the left side of the headboard was burned out.

Liked: Staff at check in was very fast and efficient. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious with the extra lounging couch.
Disliked: Really, everything was pretty great.

All was great except for...

Liked: I liked the convenience and amenities offered. All of the staff was amazing. They were helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help.
Disliked: This was the second year in a row we were there at peak season in June. Both years elevators were not all working. This past June there was one elevator in working order. The hotel was sold out. We were there with hundreds of other pageant contestants on strict time schedules. The elevator situation caused tardiness for everyone. It was a major problem especially hauling around heavy dresses, outfit changes, other children, etc. I was extremely displeased this was not at least attempting to be corrected in the 4 days we were there.

Hotel stay was good but...

Liked: I loved how clean and nice the building was!
Disliked: Every time I had to call the front desk EVERY worker was absolutely rude. I love the hotel,hated the staff. My stay extended from Friday night to Sunday and when I called Friday, the person who answered was very rude and hung up on me and then when I called to ask a question at the front desk Sunday, they were also extremely rude and it was a completely different worker. Recommended the hotel but not the workers.
