Our reservation was mixed up but we are very thankful that the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had a room for the night. The room was clean.
Liked: It is clean.
Disliked: Breakfast @ the restaurant was not very good but was very costly.

The staff were excellent. Had to switch my reservation and it was no problem. Clean rooms and a good view. Highly recommend.

Disliked: None.

Good value for Crunch game...
Liked: Located close to Oncenter. Liked the character of the building and decor. Older.
Disliked: Wanted to take stairs instead of elevator. Confusing near 1st floor and lobby. Some signage but not optimal. Couldn’t find Shaugnessy’s without help.

I would definitely stay again
Liked: It was spacious.
Disliked: The distance between the parking garage and the building. The television was at a side angle on the wall instead of facing the bed.

It is a grand hotel...
Liked: The hotel lobby and public areas are grand and beautiful.
Disliked: The Booking.com room description was misleading and stated the room was 450 sq ft. In actuality it was 160 sq ft and the room was worn, dirty, and uninhabitable. Fortunately when I called the front desk to inquire if my Marriott Gold Elite status would qualify me for an upgrade, they moved us to a lovely room (probably the 450 sq ft one) on the concierge level. We stayed on a Monday night and almost everything that we were hoping to enjoy (lobby bar, Eleven Waters restaurant) was closed. Fortunately the pub on the ground floor allowed us to take our cocktails in plastic cups up to the lobby to enjoy.
