Great location and pool, needs...

Liked: Location, value, free upgrade.
Disliked: Service was slow, elevator was down, they left our luggage out front for 3 hours until we just decided to get it ourselves. (Alarming how easy it was to just steal our own luggage from the front)

Liked: All staff members were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Dark tile floors in the room might not show dirt but when they aren’t cleaned fully, the dirt sticks to your feet and when you get into bed, it tracks into the bed/sheets.

Unexpectedly excellent.

Liked: Every staff member from the valets to the check in, to pool attendants and restaurant personnel were all super friendly, helpful and attentive. Best service we have experienced at a hotel in a very long time.
