Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The manager was made sure to wish us a good morning and treated us like we were celebrities.

The hotel has a nice...

Liked: The staff was friendly yet very professional. The lobby of the hotel is nice, but the rooms are dated, not very clean and in need of renovation.
Disliked: The rooms were not clean. The amount of hair and dirt on the carpet is a clear indication that our room only gets a superficial cleaning.

Disliked: Lack of cleanliness. No housekeeping during our 3 night stay! Had to ask for clean towels. Sink drain problem as we arrived. Air filter cover would not stay closed because it was so over caked with filth!
