Checks in was fun and...

Liked: The entry is welcoming and bright.
Disliked: It was disappointing to watch a mouse go back and forth between the hall and the room dividing door. It was obvious this was not the first time as it clearly knew the path to enter from the hall then scale along the wall under the coffee/bar area only to return the same path for exit. I ended up putting a towel to cover the room divider door, I said suspect there must’ve been another pathway.

Unacceptable Answer

Liked: Parking is on-site. You parked on the 3rd floor but went down to the lobby to check-in. The charge is $20 daily. The room are clean and spacious. The location is convenience.
Disliked: We ask the front desk agent in the morning when we check in to our room. The Safe is not working, and the desk light and the bathroom are not working. He took the information and told us it would be repaired. We left for our convention. Remember that due to Safe not working, I had to bring a large amount of cash, a laptop, and an iPad to the convention and walk in the city with all these items. That wasn't very pleasant. We returned to the hotel late, and the items were supposed to be fixed. It wasn't fixed at all. The agent at the front desk is due to the hotel is full. I didn't buy that, so I asked to speak to a manager. Once, the manager came and spoke to me. He would move me to another room and a king bed when I had a colleague. I barely lost it, and he quickly tried to fix the situation. In the end, the Manager took care of the partial bill.
