Liked: Exceptional customer service in all onsite eateries, front desk and housekeeping. The view of the Gulf of Mexico and the barrier islands off Southwest Florida was fantastic.

Superb

Liked: Pool and area was excellent. Everything except food choices was very great.
Disliked: Food assortment on the menus was not good.

Peaceful and relaxing retreat. Pricey

Liked: Fabulous location and amazing water views (manatees!). We had a corner room with water views on two sides.
Disliked: Difficulties communicating with cleaning staff.
