Great stay near the airport...

Liked: Great rest before a long flight home. The outdoor pools are amazing!!!

Disliked: Management isn’t able to propose solution. Dry cleaner issue, AC issue…. Worst Marriott experience ever.

nightmare.... problem after problem

Liked: the pools were great. the staff was friendly and courteous when checking in (not when having a problem) and at the bar upstairs was nice. the rooms were clean
Disliked: 2 major things and i mean major..... 1. we got locked out of our room for 5 hours and only got a small compensation of points for our inconvenience. we should have been give the night for free since we were stuck with no access to our room for 5 hours 9 could not get to our car keys, cloths, bathing suits so we at least could have gotten in the pool). 2. the worst nightmare ever ----vermin chewed the wires on our vehicle and we were stranded at the hotel for another night , that we had to extend for since our vehicle was dead and then they refused to help us or give some kind of compensation. horrible experience. this ended up costing us 1000 to fix our car and 200 for another nights stay. not happy at all
