Liked: Open concept lobby concept with restaurant, bar, seating area and coffeehouse all flowing together.
Disliked: Couldn’t visit relatives on the other floor because my room key only opens the elevator on my floor.

Liked: There was pubic hair in the shower on the handle and on the floor part of the shower. The floor of the entire room had trash all over it as it it hadn’t been swept or cleaned at all.

Liked: Location location location, all the shops and restaurants in walking distance. My room was on a quiet floor, very cozy. Overall, a great self-care night for me to relax, rest, and reset!!
Disliked: I had to ask house keeping for a bathrobe, which she got right away. I had no major issues.

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located in a walkable area for food and activities. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful with snacks when our room service order has gone poorly..The room was inviting and modern and very relaxing for the weekend. The gym was great, especially for a hotel gym!
Disliked: The food was not good. We had to reorder it and the order was still wrong and not what I had come to expect from The Tillery.
