The hotel was very convenient to the new Amway Center; though it is about a four block walk it was still preferable to the traffic. For the Bob Carr Center, it's right across the street. I would definitely stay here again for a concert and recommend the Sheraton to others attending concerts.

Liked: Well appointed, clean rooms. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Valet parking was overwhelmed with people checking in and congested the lobby entrance.

Nice hotel at down Town...

Liked: The hotel is near down town Orlando.
Disliked: Every day they charged the credit card with 250 dollar or more, after 6 times telling the same story at different persons at different days to the reception is was not over. We checked out to stop the charging.

Liked: The staff was helpful overall but did not clarify about US$50 deposit that was added to my bill. I had to ask for clarification.
Disliked: The coffee maker was broken. There were only Decaf coffee sachets. At least one regular coffee would have been better. No hot water in the shower. No conditioner in the container is marked 'conditioner.' Noise in the corridor at night.

Disliked: The room was a little stale at first, but ok. Need to have the air going and a fresh smell in the room before guests arrive for the price.
