The hotel was very convenient to the new Amway Center; though it is about a four block walk it was still preferable to the traffic. For the Bob Carr Center, it's right across the street. I would definitely stay here again for a concert and recommend the Sheraton to others attending concerts.
Liked: Well appointed, clean rooms. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Valet parking was overwhelmed with people checking in and congested the lobby entrance.

Bad
Liked: Staff was great and welcoming.
Disliked: Facilities were so old and bad. Aircon in the room was blowing hot dusty air although set at 18.5C. Ended up getting so ill because of the stuffy air. Windows couldn’t even open

Clean and friendly
Liked: This hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. There’s self-parking available, and breakfast is served from 6:30 AM onwards.
Disliked: The dinner food was not good, as is typical at every other business trip hotel; only one server. The hotel has an old exterior but has been renovated on the inside. Unfortunately, none of the rooms have bathtubs.

If the ac would have...
Liked: Staff was great, minor issues checking in and out with same front desk agent. Possibly a new employee?
Disliked: The room was hot. Non working AC. Staff came up to fix it at 10pm. Cooled very little, but still not to a comfortable temperature.

HORRIBLE AND TERRIFYING
Liked: During our stay, I experienced a troubling situation with my 1-year-old daughter. On the first night, she woke up crying and scratching, and it took us some time to calm her down. In the morning, we discovered she had bug bites all over her face and body. I reported this to the front desk, and they assured me that housekeeping would check the room. The following morning at 3 AM, I was suddenly awakened by a sharp sting on my breast. When I looked, it was red and itchy. I went back to the front desk to complain, but the staff member seemed unfazed. Her response was merely, "Oh, I'm sorry about that. Would you like some coffee?"
Disliked: They showed a complete lack of concern for guest safety, and the customer service was quite indifferent. Instead of addressing my initial complaint seriously, they merely suggested changing the sheets rather than offering to move us to another room. It was disappointing to see such a lack of responsiveness.
