Liked: Really clean and spacious rooms. Love that they allow pets. Exceptionally nice staff.
Disliked: The hotel really should have informed guests that certain amenities were closed. We specifically came down to go to The Dignitary, only to find out it's closed through December 2nd. There should have been some notification on the website indicating that certain areas were under renovation. Also, lobby bar touts they're opened until 1am, but closed at 11pm. Just really poor communication with potential / actual guests.

Disliked: Room had a light not working, and a desk chair with a badly peeling armrest, that didn’t match the overall feel of the hotel.
