Disliked: Self parking is confusiong

May not say again...

Liked: The corner room with balcony allowed us to enjoy the view, sunset and sunrise.
Disliked: I booked through Booking.com and was charged twice upon check in. The person at the front desk said it was not paid in full. When double checking, it was paid and I called them the next day to get a refund of what was charged upon check in. They took a bit to fully understand but did promise a refund.

Liked: Location was fantastic. Staff were amazing.
Disliked: I was puzzled by the housekeeping schedule. I neither need nor want daily service, but do expect at least the trash removed when the Do Not Disturb placard is off.
