Perfect
Liked: I love the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was great and I didnt have to leave the hotel to attend the event at the Wintrust Arena
Disliked: The only downside was the rooms didn’t have a fridge or microwave

feel quite ordinary
Liked: The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the overall staying experience was decent. However, there were several aspects that significantly detracted from my satisfaction. Both the room Wi-Fi and television came with additional charges, which was quite disappointing. Furthermore, the hotel lacked amenities such as a large swimming pool, making it feel quite ordinary.Regarding breakfast, it was the same every day with a limited variety of food options. There was a scarcity of hot dishes, which was a major letdown. Overall, the value for money was extremely low.Additionally, we had booked the hotel through Booking.com and opted for payment upon arrival. Nevertheless, the hotel deducted the payment from our guaranteed credit card two days before our check-in. If it weren't for Marriott's proximity to the venue and the limited options available, we probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel.
