Over all out stay was...
Liked: Our stay was pleasant! The atmosphere was inviting and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and the gym had variety of options. And we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning.
Disliked: The hot tub was closed but there was a sing informing us about the inconvenience.

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I was charged an additional $47.22 above the rate they already took from booking which was $308.55 and we used no incidentals or ate at breakfast. It makes no sense? Will contest with my bank.

Superb
Liked: Super quiet location well off highway, quiet hallways and rooms; no issue with sound traveling between rooms. Top class breakfast buffet featuring more fresh fruit options than I have ever seen anywhere in North America.

Absolutely loved my experience
Liked: It was quiet, clean, I love my room and everything was very comfortable
Disliked: Having a hard time finding the gym. But that was nothing major and the ladies at the front desk helped me. Parking was a little hard as well when you arrived back at the hotel after 9:00

Liked: Breakfast is super !!! and love the help received from the few employees available.
Disliked: Very disappointed with the lack of attention from a well recognized and respected brand like Marriott to the fact of delegating all the responsibility of such a big hotel to one (1) young lady !!!!She is the helpdesk and the room service and the security and everything else.My family couldn't have a coffee or a tea because the machine was not working and she couldn't go to the other room or floor to get another one for us.We couldn't have extra towels because she (again) couldn't go to deliver that to us.The room had a safe box that didn't work and of course nobody was going to repair.The door in the bathroom was installed in the wrong position so you can easily get wet (and of course no more towels).The small mirror with light didn't work. No need to ask for another one : (In my previous experience with Marriott that kind of situation would be something inconceivable !Thank you for the opportunity to bring this points to your attention.
