I would highly recommend and stay again. I loved the fact that floor levels were secure. The pool area was nice; very good customer service.

The room was absolutely beautiful; recently renovated and had a spectacular view of the harbor. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stolen Items at Marriott Long...
Liked: Experience - Stolen Items at Marriott Long Beach, LAI recently stayed at Marriott Long Beach, and I’m deeply disappointed by the experience. My son’s gifts, including a drone and a remote-controlled toy car, were stolen from our room. When we approached the hotel management for assistance, they were not only unhelpful but also rude. They informed us that there are no cameras in the hallway and directed us to the police, offering no support whatsoever. The loss amounts to approximately $1,000 USD.This level of disregard for guests’ property and lack of assistance is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Marriott Long Beach, as it appears they are negligent in safeguarding their guests’ belongings. The lack of professionalism and care in handling this situation is beyond disappointing.I would urge others to reconsider staying here. This experience has been frustrating, and I would not expect such treatment from a well-known hotel chain.
Disliked: I strongly advise other travelers to avoid staying at the Marriott Long Beach. During our recent stay, we were victims of theft, and our experience with the hotel’s response was nothing short of disappointing.Not only did we feel unsafe due to the lack of proper security measures, but the staff’s handling of the situation was unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite reporting the incident, we received little support or follow-up, leaving us with a sense that guest safety is not a priority here.As frequent travelers who trust the Marriott brand, this experience was both shocking and unacceptable. We are now escalating our complaint to the hotel’s owner, Stefan Lorch, as this situation needs serious attention. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Hope we will have a direct discussion with Mr Stefan Lorch, the general manager in Monterey California.

Disliked: We stay 5 days and they never came to clean the room or even pickup the trash.we complained every day, asked for the room to be cleaned but no one ever came to clean. Also they were 2 days with no internet , and no tv because of that.
