Train the staff to communicate....

Liked: The rooms are very clean and modernized. The location is pretty easy to access and the hotel itself is beautiful.
Disliked: Staff and communication. Right off the bat, it didn't seem like the staff are friendly. They do a forced smile but no small talk or in depth answers. I booked through booking and didn't see an option to add breakfast. The next morning, the lady at the cafe suggests I go over to the front desk to have breakfast added. I go over and the desk worker pressed maybe 2 buttons and said, "Sorry, I can't edit your booking. You gotta pay full price for breakfast." I've never stayed at a hotel where you can't add breakfast later. Heck, I could've given them my card to charge it separately or even given them the money separate. She just didn't seem to know "how" maybe and lacked training?Then my 2nd night there, I decided to order room service. There's a barcode in the room you can scan that lets you quickly order your meal. The time said "ready in 30 minutes." This order was placed at 8:32 so I figured, 9:02PM, should be good. I go down to the cafe and the guy looks confused and tells me, "they leave it with the bartender, check there." I walk over and the bar is starting to get busy but I finally managed to catch their attention. They looked confused and told me to wait, the food will be out shortly. I stood there another 20 minutes at this point. Finally, I got tired of waiting as it neared 9:30. I tried to get the bartender again but there was a full house there at this point. I walked over to the cafe and caught the same guy as earlier. He looked confused again. I told him to just tell them to cancel it (the cafe wasn't busy so unsure why my food was taking THAT long) but I certainly couldn't stay up all night.The next morning when I checked out, I asked to be sure I wasn't charged for it. The guy standing nearby said, "your order was at the front desk at 8:30 last night. You never came and got it.

Liked: It was very clean, beautiful with all the Christmas lights and the restaurant was amazing
Disliked: The set up was so nice. I’ve never been to any type of hotel that was set up so nicely. It was one of a kind!!

Disliked: Some of the plugs in the room did not work. The restaurant was not open the hour it had posted, or worker's where not there to seat anyone.
