Liked: The hotel was beautiful. Very clean. Beautifully decorated and great views. The location is amazing, accessible by walking anywhere downtown but, it is off the beaten path. Upon our check-in it was seamless and pleasant. We liked our room. It was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. We were club level so we had access to the m club.
Disliked: I did request an e key through the app. However I guess that was not available so Upon check-in, we did have to wait a minute for the staff to finish up a phone reservation, It was not a long wait. It was a great easy, seamless experience. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, however, at night the street noise was pretty loud. I was surprised by that.We were club level so that was fun and a nice touch. However, it was rarely fully stocked.
