The hotel is in a great location, convenient to downtown. The Prime Osborn Convention Center is located across the street. Parking is located in front of the hotel. The only negative was we were charged twice; my advice would be pay at the hotel.

This hotel was convenient to the Symphony Hall. There are not many restaurants nearby. Juliette's restaurant is expensive for the service you receive.

Disliked: We checked in and were assigned a room that smelled of pipe/cigar smoke. Called the front desk and got reassigned.

The mattress on our bed was so uncomfortable that my wife could hardly walk the next day. We came for the Race for the Cure but could not participate because of her aches and pains.

It was ok, but not...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the pool was open during winter.
Disliked: The staff member who checked me in was rude. She questioned the type of card I was using for the incidental fee to the point where it was inappropriate along with her insinuations. I simply stopped responding. My room did not have a microwave, I had to go to another floor to use a shared microwave. The items in the convenience area did not have a price. It’s been 10 business days and I still have not received my incidental fee back.
