The hotel is in a great location, convenient to downtown. The Prime Osborn Convention Center is located across the street. Parking is located in front of the hotel. The only negative was we were charged twice; my advice would be pay at the hotel.

This hotel was convenient to the Symphony Hall. There are not many restaurants nearby. Juliette's restaurant is expensive for the service you receive.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful.
Disliked: We checked in and were assigned a room that smelled of pipe/cigar smoke. Called the front desk and got reassigned.

Great rooms; excellent staff and good room service.

The mattress on our bed was so uncomfortable that my wife could hardly walk the next day. We came for the Race for the Cure but could not participate because of her aches and pains.

Disliked: The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Front desk was notified during checkout. No bellhop available at the time I checked in. Did not like there was no option to self park, and valet parking was $33.00 per night.

Disliked: There was no continental breakfast included with the stay as advertised on the booking website. Even though my short was stay, nobody ever came to provide extra towels or clean up the room.

Liked: I’m trying to figure out when I was booking for 2 nights was supposed to be 383 total then once I arrived and swiped my card it was over 500. Then the guy at the counter could not give me a reason why it changed. Then there was no large pick up truck parking . So I had to park in the city lot which cost me right at 240 dollars for 2 days. Then they would not help with my parking expenses. All I was told if you come and go it would be more so I’m trying to figure out why I would travel to the city to never go out. I will never stay there again 750 dollars for a weekend
