The hotel is in a great location, convenient to downtown. The Prime Osborn Convention Center is located across the street. Parking is located in front of the hotel. The only negative was we were charged twice; my advice would be pay at the hotel.

This hotel was convenient to the Symphony Hall. There are not many restaurants nearby. Juliette's restaurant is expensive for the service you receive.

Disliked: We checked in and were assigned a room that smelled of pipe/cigar smoke. Called the front desk and got reassigned.

Great rooms; excellent staff and good room service.

The mattress on our bed was so uncomfortable that my wife could hardly walk the next day. We came for the Race for the Cure but could not participate because of her aches and pains.

Liked: Everything was perfect- atmosphere was inviting, the room (king room) was spacious and clean with the right amount of bedding- the river view was a stretch but we could see a small bit of the water.
Disliked: Valet Parking took time but understandable because of the football fans in town for the game. The guys were doing their best
