There was a slight glitch upon arrival but that was not the hotel's fault. The staff worked with me patiently and they were very nice. The room was absolutely AMAZING! I will certainly be booking again in the near future.

Great Location!

Liked: PERFECT location for attending events at Tanger Center across street. It is a bit pricey and parking is $18 per night but as 2 ladies traveling together it felt safe walking outside after dark.

Liked: The room was clean. The furniture was very comfortable and the bed was great. Great location being downtown Elm St.
Disliked: Only complaint is having to pay for everything. Would have been nice to have something included in room and board, either parking, wifi or breakfast. Especially since there was no pool on the property.

Disliked: No body length mirrors in the disabled room. Extremely annoying getting dressed for the symphony.
