Liked: It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport
Disliked: The valet guys keep asking us to move our car, we needed to check in and get our luggage out. Then we would move the car. 2 different guys asked twice.

Liked: Great Staff & Customer Service. Great Location. Great Breakfast Option. Very Nice room layout.
Disliked: My initial room had questionable floor spotting & foreign object. Guest Services quickly exchanged my room that was a better option & clean. However, there were water issues throughout the whole day that impacted handwashing, showering, & the bathroom overall. Toilets would not flush periodically. No cold water. Only Hot water until about 9pm that evening. Guest services stated it was due to work repairs outside.

Liked: Had a very nice complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: I chose it because it was close to the pier where our ship was docked , and about 10-15 minutes from the airport. It took the better part of an hour and 3 phone calls, but their shuttle service never picked us up. Took a cab, banged my head badly. Got to the hotel and it was a $20 cab ride plus tip for just a few miles. Reported it to the front desk and I was told that the problem had been preexisting and was brought to the attention of the general manager but nothing had been done.

Disliked: When I called the airport shuttle for pick up he was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me.When I called back he confirmed that a shuttle bus was coming and again hung up on me.I was extremely surprised and taken aback with his attitude and how rude he was. I told them about this at the front desk during my check in. Also I was not allowed to avail of the hospitality suite. They said I was not eligible. I have been using this service during past visits to other Marriott hotels which treated me much better. Very disappointed in this hotel.
