Liked: Nice apartment close to the city center, major train stations and the metro. The facilities are good. The beds are comfortable, including the folding sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom work well. The apartment was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a quiet location, for a good night's sleep.
Disliked: I would add a shower curtain and more lights. The room was a bit dark at night.

Not worth so much money.

Disliked: I paid for one night 280 eu, in booking wasn’t write that the pool is in on other building. I was whit little baby and the and I choose hotel whit pool for him. When I go whit baby to pool they said to me that I need to bring a towel, never in my life nobody ask me to take towels whit me from room. So I asked her towels, she said go to resepstion and ask thems towels. I said no I pay money this is your job. She said okey. Then we go swimming and after swimming towels wasn’t here, we was cold whit baby and waiting towels. Another thing is that when we come nobody ask us or we want breakfast, didint tell information about swimming pool. When I want to pay cash they didn’t accept .The lady in reception Was very not profesional.

Liked: Great space and parking at hotel. Very close to bus route and easy access to Christmas market. Great facilities and good size room, even sofa bed was comfortable
Disliked: Scan code to show hotel info (provided by hotel) has the wrong time on it that breakfast was to be served until. So we rocked up with only 10 minutes before it finished, rather than the 70 minutes we thought we had. Very rushed and management were not happy about us being there so late, so service was hit and miss
