The location was great for what we came to Lansing for. However for the price we paid it was not the best. We asked for adjoining rooms as we had 3 adults and 5 teenagers and when we got the rooms there was no couch in the king. No one mentioned that the adjoining rooms, the king doesn't have a couch. Which that was useless to us. So we had to switch rooms and the girls had to have their own room which we were not comfortable with but at that point what could we do. They had no options of cots, no fridge or microwave and there wasn't even complimentary coffee in the lobby. When asked, we were directed to the restaurant. For the price we paid, there should have been more. I've stayed at many hotels and have paid half the price and still had more complimentary options. Very disappointed.

Liked: Location was fantastic- easy to find everything we needed. Lots of nearby restaurants and super close to MSU campus
Disliked: The pull out sofa was quite uncomfortable- it definately had a roll to it - my daughter is pretty small and she was not comfy so I can't image a regular size teen/boy being comfortable at all! :(

Incredible! Beautiful property Great location

Liked: It was incredible! The lobby and bar were absolutely beautiful! The manager at the front desk was so cheerful friendly and personable! He took the time to talk about why we were in town offered us a map and was such a great manager!
Disliked: Nothing! The shower was beautiful glass doors that slide open like barn doors it was so clean as a cleaning business owner I was so impressed at how clean it is!
