The location was great for what we came to Lansing for. However for the price we paid it was not the best. We asked for adjoining rooms as we had 3 adults and 5 teenagers and when we got the rooms there was no couch in the king. No one mentioned that the adjoining rooms, the king doesn't have a couch. Which that was useless to us. So we had to switch rooms and the girls had to have their own room which we were not comfortable with but at that point what could we do. They had no options of cots, no fridge or microwave and there wasn't even complimentary coffee in the lobby. When asked, we were directed to the restaurant. For the price we paid, there should have been more. I've stayed at many hotels and have paid half the price and still had more complimentary options. Very disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful establishment I will...

Liked: Immediately felt very safe staying at the location. With the parking lot being connected, key cards for elevator access the security checking everyone in I had no troubles sleeping at night. Hannah at the front desk was wonderful and kept the best attitude every time we saw her! Free parking too!
Disliked: I was told after my stay that there were fridges that could be delivered and that was a bit of a bummer but everything else was great!

Disliked: Need a refrigerator in each room! A microwave would be nice too. Stayed in a two "queen bed" room and there's NO chance those are queen size beds. They are more of a size between a full and a twin-size bed.
