Overall had an excellent time. Loved how the pool was on the top floor with an outside balcony. I've never been to a hotel with such amazing, friendly service. Awesome job! Was not too happy with the 9p.m. noise complaint as there were only 2 of us in the room and I did not think we were loud at all, nor did the staff that came to the door. But we did tune it down (to basically whispering, literally) and did not let them ruin our time :)

Disliked: I love a bathtub in the room and I would have liked to see a queen or king bed option with tub. We could only get a double bed option with a bath tub. The accessible King bed with tub was available but it was right behind the elevators.
