Overall had an excellent time. Loved how the pool was on the top floor with an outside balcony. I've never been to a hotel with such amazing, friendly service. Awesome job! Was not too happy with the 9p.m. noise complaint as there were only 2 of us in the room and I did not think we were loud at all, nor did the staff that came to the door. But we did tune it down (to basically whispering, literally) and did not let them ruin our time :)

Nice place not nice staff

Liked: Location, room was nice enough.
Disliked: When we checked in I had a king bed booked. The man checking me in looked at myself and my wife and was like I have two queens if that would be more comfortable for you. I said no, I thought I booked a king bed and he was like yes well… he either said that because were women or cause were overweight. Either way it wasn’t okay , when I asked him about parking he just waved me off before giving me my keys. He made the experience not great. We were given no information of any kind about the facilities or breakfast or parking.

Liked: I liked where the room was located it was a low floor and quiet. No street view. Next time I would ask for a street view.

Great stay at a prime...

Liked: The staff is very friendly, and the location is fantastic—right next to the Eaton Mall. The place is also very clean and comfortable, and the facilities are very good—we got a tea kettle, milk, and water delivered to our room from the hotel. I'd go there again.
Disliked: Nothing really, except that I forgot my phone charger and two cables in the room but the staff told me they didn't find them after I left. I'm positive I left them there.
