Liked: The lobby was pretty nice
Disliked: As soon as you walk in you think this hotel is pretty nice but wait until you walk down the hall to your room. The carpet changes and everything else is crappy. Wallpaper coming off, nasty carpet, tub spout completely came off the wall when I pulled the knob for the shower, desk was dirty, the bathroom ceiling looked like was painted over the old peeling paint, the a/c woke me up multiple times, pretty much everytime it went off.For $200 I was expecting a little more.

Liked: Ther was no hot water, they should have comped me for both nights with no hot water

Terrible

Disliked: They canceled our reservation as a no show because we did not make the first night even though we had called ahead and confirmed that was okay and it wouldn’t be canceled. Then they accused us of lying about the call rather than checking their own notes that had been left. Music from an event at the hotel had our room shaking late into the night. Absolute terrible experience across the board, never again.

Liked: It was clean in its appearance and instant hot water
Disliked: I’ve gotten better sleep on a motel 6 mattress. The mattress we slept on was worn flat as well as the pillows. The remote for the TV was non responsive and the AC did not work. The only way to cycle the AC was when waking from being too hot was to manually move the thermostat down a degree to ever get it to cycle.
