Liked: The decor and set up was nice. The front desk staff was very nice.
Disliked: The location is terrible. The streets are small, under construction and busy. The street parking is very limited. Also the hotel has very limited parking and no self parking. The underground parking (which I could not use) was hard to get into and out of. The lobby and hallways also had a strange odor. Also the hot water didn't last.For almost $500 for 1 night it was not a good value. I expected better.

Loved the hotel and staff. Super clean and new!
Liked: We had a unionists and it was large. The facility was so clean and nice. No jacuzzi. Beautiful pool area. They provide water which I loved.
Disliked: Was a little expensive. Dallas wasnt a very walking city so the area of uptown wasnt what I thought it would be. Location-wise. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff was lovely.
