fun weekend

Liked: everyone was great. Hotel restaurant lacked service one night but Nikkko and Jett were Fabulous!!

It would have been better...

Liked: Nice and comfortable.
Disliked: There was no hot water and the pool was closed and nobody told us.

Not up to previous stays...

Liked: Have stayed multiple times, the staff is very welcoming.
Disliked: This last time we had a couple of hiccups. One wash cloth for two people. We do not reuse wash clothes so 4 per day. 2 in AM 2 in PMTHEN THERE WAS THE CHAIR, gross stain would NOT sit in it. Picture below I alerted front desk was taken care of by the time we returned with new chair.

My favorite conference and expo...

Liked: It is located in a nice, quiet area. Everything is very convenient and easy to get to in the hotel and the convention center. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The drinks/ snacks in the lobby are very overpriced. $12 for a candy bar and bottle of pop.
