Not up to previous stays...

Liked: Have stayed multiple times, the staff is very welcoming.
Disliked: This last time we had a couple of hiccups. One wash cloth for two people. We do not reuse wash clothes so 4 per day. 2 in AM 2 in PMTHEN THERE WAS THE CHAIR, gross stain would NOT sit in it. Picture below I alerted front desk was taken care of by the time we returned with new chair.

My favorite conference and expo...

Liked: It is located in a nice, quiet area. Everything is very convenient and easy to get to in the hotel and the convention center. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The drinks/ snacks in the lobby are very overpriced. $12 for a candy bar and bottle of pop.

Liked: Nice property, nice staff.
Disliked: Upon arrival, after booking months ago. Having confirmation of my stay. Traveled into town and on arrival, I was told my booking was found but price was incorrect, and that they could not honor it. Making this seems as if it was my fault, asking if it was possibly a scam of me booking this, and generally no one knowing how to help and telling me the rate I had booked at was not valid. I was asked for a breakdown of the booking and when provided, I was told that was not enough. This did not happen to other guests around me on arrival and took 2.5 hours to fix while my husband was in the middle of the work day since he was the one who made the booking. Due to looking younger, I feel this was very unprofessional to ask or treat the customer as if they were in the wrong, when this was resolved, it was apparently a very quick fix as well. So again. Nice staff, unprofessional “corporate policy” as it was put.
