Liked: Room was so dusty. Staff was so friendly,location to airport very close to hotel.
Disliked: Smell in the room like in 200 years old house, and it was so dusty!

We were disappointed and expected...

Liked: The front staff and restaurant staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. The room was not cleaned at all on one day despite specifically requesting to clean. Requests for amenities like shower gel/cap were not met. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The towels were stained. The carpets were not properly cleaned. Overall cleanliness was very disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

Liked: It's very close to the airport and there is a nice bar at the hotel.
Disliked: It's just a typical airport Marriott hotel with no charme or character. But we knew what it is, so no complaints.

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Liked: It was very nice and the staff very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The location was by the airport of course but not too bad of a drive to the city of Cincinnati. We had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves.
