Disliked: The hotel denied to give me the room they say's that there is no reservation...I show them the confirmation number and even they refused I payed for another reservation So it was a bad experience How can i get my money back I didn't use the reservation I did by booking

Not enjoyable

Liked: The room was clean and the lobby and hallways were grand.
Disliked: I requested a king bed which was confirmed prior to check in, they gave us a double instead. Needed to switch rooms once we got to our room and noticed it wasn't a king. They then placed us in a room the middle of a family that had multiple rooms all around us that were truly a nuisance. Slamming doors, screaming, yelling, crying, fighting, running all over until well past 130am. We personally called security twice, but others called as well at least 2 other times as this started from 5pm on. Nothing was done outside of them telling them to be quiet, which by the time security was back on the elevator it started again. I was offered to switch rooms at 130am but that was it. No consequence for those disrupting the whole floor and not even an I'm sorry or what can we do to compensate for this. It wasn't a cheap room either. We got a drink at the hotel bar and staff was seeming bothered and overall just not a very friendly vibe from the staff encounters. It's unfortunate because we do "staycations" often and will give our business where it's valued and this was not it.

Liked: The location was close to my destination.
Disliked: It is worn. The windows had their rubber gaskets hanging out and the hotel is located over the interstate. It made the room noisy.
