Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The outlets were old and didn't like to be used. The toilet paper holder was loose and fell apart. No housekeeping was done during our stay.

Not a great experience-what’s up...

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Booked a king bed, got a double double, pubic hairs in the shower, poop stains on the shower curtain. VERY disappointed as I specifically paid more than usual for a room while traveling.

Staff was kind and professional,...

Disliked: The first room we were sent to was as if housekeeping never finished resetting the room- the beds were all undressed and the bathroom was gross. We got a new room but was never offered any compensation. The air control in the room got hot randomly in the middle of the night and we didn’t get good sleep. There was no microwave or office chair. We had an odd number of towels, 3 instead of 4, so we didn’t have enough for all of us to shower. The floor we were on smelled like mildew. The outlets were not convenient- we had to grab our extension cord. The highway noise was pretty loud- I know it’s next to the freeway, but it felt as if we had our window open, or had no window at all- it was odd.
