Disliked: The first room we were sent to was as if housekeeping never finished resetting the room- the beds were all undressed and the bathroom was gross. We got a new room but was never offered any compensation. The air control in the room got hot randomly in the middle of the night and we didn’t get good sleep. There was no microwave or office chair. We had an odd number of towels, 3 instead of 4, so we didn’t have enough for all of us to shower. The floor we were on smelled like mildew. The outlets were not convenient- we had to grab our extension cord. The highway noise was pretty loud- I know it’s next to the freeway, but it felt as if we had our window open, or had no window at all- it was odd.

Disliked: The pool was freezing cold, no microwave in room, beds were small, the room it's self was very small. The whole reason of our stay was to swim. That swimming pool was Freezing. Not worth the price.

Liked: I've stayed at this Hotel when passing through Q for 30 years and I still love it, although the place needs a face lift, I still love it. Manager was cool and bartender was excellent and fun to talk to...kudos to him. I did like there was security and the guard was very nice and I told her we'd been broken in to before and she assured me she'd keep and eye out on our pickup...no problems.
Disliked: Front desk guy wasn't welcoming at all.
