Liked: Our room was great, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant servers, housekeeping left the room spotless each day. The breakfast buffet is wonderful.
Disliked: The hotel sprays a fragrance in the room as an enhancement; I know some people like fragrance but I have a perfume allergy. The front desk assured me it wouldn’t be used again and fortunately the odor dissipated. The heating/ac/air circulation in our room never worked quite right but was bearable. Credit to the hotel staff, they really try hard to correct any issues and are very gracious about it.
