Nice hotel with amazing breakfast

Liked: The location in reforma was amazing. All the staff was super friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was really good, amazing breakfast. You feel super safe and welcomed.
Disliked: The hotel needs to be renovated, looks like it was quite luxurious in the 90s but now is quite standard. Not even a coffee or tee was included in the room, everything. The sauna was also not included.

Liked: Staff are extra helpful in giving directions and providing feed on how to get around. They make sure your always comfortable and secure
Disliked: Unfortunately restaurant upstairs can be a bit short in attention during the day but food was good and bartender very attentive
