Broken wifi, extreme noise

Liked: Location and cleanness
Disliked: Wifi did not work from the room. We tried to use it on three different devices (two phones and one tablet) but it did not work. It is 2025 and this is unacceptable. When we told the staff they gave us another wifi and its password but same thing happened. They did not check whether it was working or not. For the second time we had to go back and inform them and they gave us another wifi network which did not work either. Moreover, at around 7.30-8 am in the morning there was this unbelievable talking sounds coming from inside the hotel. We could not sleep. It was coming from the corridor but I am not sure whether it is staff or other customers. Regardless, the noise did not stop for an hour or so. In short, it was not very peaceful and sound insulation did not exist.

Great location and comfortable stay

Liked: Hi tech systems in room. A long mirror which becomes TV, great lighting, Roca toilet seat with electronic controls and great shower. All the buses for all different areas can be boarded just around the hotel as it is the most centrally located and accesible hotel.
Disliked: The restaurant noise at times is disturbing.

Perfect for our 2 nights...

Liked: Fantastic location, everything 0.5 miles or less plus a really easy walk from the train station. Very comfortable bed and a great shower with nice toiletries
Disliked: Nothing
