Hotel suited its purpose perfectly...

Liked: The room was very clean and well equipped. The hotel is extremely well placed for town and sights.
Disliked: Not enough reception staff resulting in a long wait to check in or make an enquiry. Vegan only bar and restaurant.

Liked: Perfect location, very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing! All if the front desk members were extremely courteous and professional. They assisted us with last minute requests and tickets. Highly recommended!

Liked: What we liked the most was the front desk, they will go above and beyond for any rest. Starting with Elena in the morning who gave us excellent suggestions and recommendations with excellent customer service. Kudos as well to Alicia and German in the afternoon team, always graciously willing to help.Location is perfect and accommodations are great!

Beautiful hotel in the centre...

Liked: We decide to stay here after a few days hiking in the mountains and treat ourselves. The hotel was beautiful so close to alot of the great bars and restaurants in the centre. We also booked into the spa for an hour while we were there and had the entire place to ourselves.
Disliked: Nothing we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
