Very good

Liked: Great location, soundproof rooms, very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The room was a little hot since the ACs were turned off and you cannot control them in the rooms, but we called front desk to ask for a portable ventilator and it was brought to us immediately so we were able to sleep. The decoration in the room was nice, very modern.
Disliked: AC not being controlled in room and no sleepers or bathrobes

A pleasant stay at this...

Liked: The bed was super comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. The eggs Benedict with pork breakfast was great. Bus 33 from the Central Bus Station dropped me at the Cathedral bus stop on Gran Colon, from where it was less than 5 minutes walk to the hotel.
Disliked: The TV didn't have any English news channels. The BBC World Service channel didn't work.

Liked: Location great. Food and staff wonderful.
Disliked: Temperature in West facing room became very warm in the afternoon and 27C in evening because air conditioning was turned off for the season and had warm, sunny November days. Staff supplied fan with ice which helped reduce temperature a little until cooler in late evening.

Liked: Right next to the bus stop to Alhambra. Soundproofing seemed pretty good. Very large bathroom, particularly for one person as there were 2 showers
Disliked: There was a mirror opposite the bed which I wasn’t a fan of. Quite a few marks on the floor, needed to be vacuumed.

Disappointed

Liked: Location bed was good.
Disliked: Quality of reception poor women sitting at a table in the middle of 2 restaurants poor for a 4 star hotel . Breakfast disappointing No cereals to have or fruit. Decoration poor corridors to you room like a prison not nice.

Disliked: The hotel room is actually very small and depressing. The photos on the Internet are too great. The facilities are old and the carpet is dirty. The bed and quilt are very uncomfortable. It is only worth 50 euros at most. The front desk staff is indifferent. I lost an airpod and went to the front desk to ask about it in the afternoon. She looked at it on the computer for less than five seconds and replied to me that it was definitely not there. Don't you need to confirm with the housekeeping department?

Liked: Very central large spacious room. Hotel is central so you can walk to the Alhambra, Albaicín etc. Staff were great and a nice bar in foyer. Great stay.
Disliked: Nothing
