Cheap and cheerful. Fine for...

Liked: Affordable accommodation during the Xmas/NY period. Part of a pub, so food and drinks easily available. We stayed in room 5 for a few nights in early January 2025. Hilly area made walking anywhere near impossible for older (less fit) people, so taxi/uber or drive to nearby attractions. Complimentary water bottles were appreciated and aircon worked fine. Wifi was strong and smart TV worked well.
Disliked: Small bathroom, limited toiletries and coffee/tea facilities. Limited room lighting options (all on or all off) & bedside light not working.
