Liked: When we arrived we had a problem with our credit card and had to spend time making phone calls to solve the issue. The reception member of staff - Serg (hope I have spelt that correctly) was very helpful and understanding. Serg had a lot of local knowledge and recommended visiting the Pyramid Lake before we left the next day. Each time we passed reception he would offer to help and even arranged for extra towels to be sent to our room, which arrived within 10 minutes. The swimming pool and hot tub were lovely and clean. Towels are provided for all guests.

Wildfires prevented our stay
Liked: I love Jasper! Sorry to not have experienced the Marmot Lodge as Jasper was evacuated 2 days before our arrival.
Disliked: The wildfires that did so much damage to beautiful Jasper. I hope to someday have the opportunity to experience this awesome area.
