Good location

Liked: Great location. Lovely staff. Room was clean.
Disliked: Room had a window but it was still very warm. It had aircon but we couldn't get it to work. Wasnt very comfortable. Lift broke down a few times. We were on the 10th floor and it wouldnt go down one morning and was out of service later that day.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic...

Liked: Everything was fantastic, location, staff, cleanliness. We even had a view of Big Ben from our bedroom!
Disliked: Nothing, it was all exceptional

Liked: Easy check in, very quiet, comfy beds
Disliked: Poorly positioned toilet roll, remote control to TV didn't work but staff replaced it. Would have liked instant coffee sachets rather than tea bags.
