Liked: Really good hotel, great facilities and location.
Disliked: Didn't like the room service, wasn't a lot on offer.

OK for an overnight but...

Liked: Location and a window which you are able to open (small things).
Disliked: The cleanliness was not good, hairs in the shower and around the sink. Bed wasn’t the best, but overall confortable. Would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room.

Liked: Fabulous location, 2 mins walk from Lambeth North Station, very helpful and friendly check in staff, lovely, spacious room with great facilities and L'Occitane toiletries, comfy bed.
Disliked: Lifts took quite a while to arrive, must have been a busy evening for the hotel.

No value for money

Liked: The location of the hotel was a plus
Disliked: Too expensive for the quality and services offered. The sink was clogged and the cleaning service was offered only when requested

Liked: The location is within walking distance from Big Ben and London eye
Disliked: There is no complementary water in the room and the early check in is chargeable even if the room is ready.
