Location and comfort is really...

Liked: Location is excellent. Right in central London, very close to Lambeth North Tube station and bus stops, walkable distance from Waterloo, London eye and Westminster..easy access to anywhere in London. Have some supermarkets close by those are even open 24 hours. We can cook our food in the kitchenette. Have a small gym and laundry area.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room was not upto expectation. You have to carry your luggage to the room and back. Rooms are not completely sound proof. We could hear others talking from nearby rooms. Bath area is not completely glass covered, water will spill to dry area as well. We could have had a little more utensils for cooking. In laundry, Soap dispenser wasnt working and dryer rate was a bit high.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Good little kitchen with fresh milk in the fridge. Nice pastries for breakfast. Great location for NYE fireworks.
Disliked: Breakfast was average, no warm plates. Not a huge selection of traditional English. Hash browns were undone, only scrambled egg, no mushrooms. But what there was, was tasty. Lots of pastries. Fruit was limited, pineapple was tinned.

Liked: Of course, it is a great location! During Christmas, the buses and the underground didn’t work, but despite that, we were able to walk around the center of London all day and see all the landmarks we had planned to visit, as many of them were nearby. Also, the kitchen was perfectly furnished with plates, cutlery, skillets, pans, and, of course, a dishwasher! We couldn’t stop talking about the enormous towels! On the first day, we tried the breakfast, and it was good! And the staff – they were always ready to help us.
Disliked: There are some questions about functional design of the room. For instance, in the family room we stayed in, there was no place to hang our outerwear; only a small cabinet was available for all of our belongings. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a toilet brush, and there were only two towel racks.

Central and convenient.

Liked: Central and loved the kitchenette in the room. Especially with small children.
Disliked: Little bit pricey
