Very welcoming hotel

Liked: Breakfast, staff friendly. Bed comfy
Disliked: How small the bathroom was, couldn't use shower as it was to small.

Clean, bed was comfortable, staff...

Liked: clean basic room, pleasant staff, decent breakfast.
Disliked: Hot water for shower was hit and miss, Had to shower in cold water. shower kept falling off holder, had to hold it in my hand. Bathroom was in much need of a renovation.

Liked: Hotel was spotless with excellent service from very lovely staff/owners. The breakfast table had a vast variety of foods to choose from with hot food also available.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, breakfast was plentiful.
Disliked: Shower cubicle was a little snug.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast location and staff
Disliked: Very disappointed to sleep the first night on a DEAD mattress feeling the metal bars in the bed. Better off on the floor. Asked for some refund/ discount for this horrendous night but was told by the staff that they couldn’t do it as the company wouldn’t let them decide. Asked for a contact but was just given general enquiries email at the hotel, NOT management!!!That spoilt the experience of the stay.
