Bad

Disliked: Being charged $100 for a booking fee and 5 days later I still haven't received my money back! I've never been charged this fee before and this is the 3rd and last time I've stayed here.

Good but noisy

Disliked: The motel was great except for one thing, it is not soundproof. I could hear other guests outside my front door and I thought that the windows was left open, but it wasn't. That's why you miss out on a perfect score.

A good location to get...

Liked: It was close to the Ferry terminal, where travellers go to get to the South Island of New Zealand.

Good stay with all you...

Liked: Great stay, all amenities you need and good location.
Disliked: Back cook top element not working and uncomfortable couch bed.

Very good

Liked: Spacious, clean, comfortable and a good location. Quiet despite being on a busy road. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Parking can be tight especially if you have a larger vehicle. WIFI was patchy.
