Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Took a deposit of full price as a bond after paying through booking a little inconvenient due to having to wait for the money to go back into my account

A lovely place to stay....

Liked: Convenient to Wellington hospital (walking distance) and supermarket, Basin Reserve for cricket matches and close to CBD. 10 minutes to ferry terminal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equipped and serviced
Disliked: Not enough car parking at times. Our room was very clean and well serviced by staff but looking tired, especially the bathroom

Liked: We traveled from AKL to WLG and the location was easy to find and close to the CBD. Checkin was seamless staff were welcoming and helpful and our room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Very good

Liked: The layout of the room was great for us with a teenager with devider half wall. The front counter lady on arrival was super nice.The late check out was awesome an value for the xtra money.
Disliked: The hand basin was a bit pass it's use by. Maybe not dirty but certainly worn. As that the only water source for cups etc maybe worth upgrading.
