Liked: The room was quite adequate (in general) for our needs. The linen and towels were clean. Easy access to the rooms for late night return after event.
Disliked: The hot water tap in the shower produced no water at all, therefore we had to sponge bath after returning from a concert in the am. Smart TV couldn't log into any of the installed apps (Netflix etc) even though WI-FI was showing available on screen. Not so much of a problem for a one night stay.

Clean and met our needs.

Liked: Room was clean and close to Accor so we walked to and from the stadium. Met our needs. Didn’t have any noise issues which was nice.
Disliked: Checkin at the bar full of cigarette smoke is not really acceptable for guests. Warning - if parking in the car park under the trees your car will likely be covered in droppings overnight. This caused significant damage to my car and that needs to be repaired. Unlucky I guess.

Disliked: We didn't like the room as the fan in the shower wasn't working also with the bathroom sink was in the room not the bathroom tv was a smart tv but couldn't connect also with the people smoking inside where the reception and gaming area also there were ladies in lingerie serving alcohol people under 18 cannot stay their

Convenient and comfortable stay

Liked: Easy 30 mins walk to arena, 10 mins walk through the food market from flemington station to hotel, beds were comfortable, hot water, lovely staff and bonus of pub and restaurant on site plus cafe for breakfast next door.
Disliked: For light sleepers: Noise from the markets during the night if your room is on that side. Earplugs fixed that right up though. Other family members didn’t notice/hear it.
