Fantastic hotel

Liked: Food was lovely, very fresh, lots of choice.Rooms spotlessly clean, all the amenities you could wish for, free mini bar was a nice touch! And champagne on arrival is a lovely touch to start your trip.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Spent a total of four night here. A beautiful design hotel. Very nicely situated. The staff is kind. The room is cozy and very confortable.
Disliked: More vegan/gluten free options in the breakfast menu (which is quite expensive).

It was nice, but needs...

Liked: I liked the location, the room design, and personal care products. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a free minibar which was nice and I loved the robes and extra storage space.
Disliked: My lights fused in the entry-way and needed to get fixed - I was washing my face and brushing my teeth in the dark. That did get fixed. My remote didn't work, asked to get it fixed, and then the same issue happened again the next day - so was not able to watch live news in the mornings. A working TV remote and lights are pretty basic expectations. Had a bad experience when I left. I went to check out, and the man at the concierge insisted that I didn't pay for my room and would not listen that I already pre-paid with my American Express in full - even when wanting to show him the Amex charges in my Amex app. He kept arguing with me. Then he said I could go. He may have realized his mistake, but it felt military, unfriendly and he didn't apologize at all for almost making me pay for the room 2x. Unacceptable and a bad way to end an otherwise decent experience.

Fabulous hotel

Liked: Everything excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming especially Jordan the concierge who was super helpful. Rooms were very modern, comfortable and cosy. Lots of extras included. Food was delicious. Location very central for all the sights and shopping. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
