Liked: staff and valet were very expedient. Valets were not arrogant or slack but not the most jovial. They were from jamaica and were just very quiet and didn't seem happy! Location, Location!
Disliked: bed mattress needs to be replaced. room smelled smokey.Fitness center needs to be improved dramatically!

Disliked: Grouchy rooftop bartender, rudeMusty smell in roomDefinitely a bit dated I would say if you're looking for a younger crowd (like under 50) find a different hotel but come visit the rooftop

Absolute class!

Liked: Everything! The roof top pool and bar area was great. The room was gorgeous and the staff were super professional and helpful. Lovely toiletries and also coffee and pastries provided on each floor in the morning and cookies in the afternoon
Disliked: Nothing!
