Exceptional

We had a nice time....

Liked: Service fee for room service is ridiculous, the safe in the room didn’t work properly

Great stay

Liked: Property was beautiful and very convenient location. Room was huge, bed comfortable, and Bvlgari bath products smelled divine. Able to walk to see all the tourist places downtown from the hotel and always felt safe. The cleaning staff went above and beyond, and were always quick to greet me in the hallway. The front desk staff was great for the most part, they weren’t able to find a bandaid when I asked, which seems like a necessity.

Lovely high end hotel, at...

Liked: Excellent location close to market in the French Quarter. Very high end with lovely amenities, including turndown service, plush bathrobes etc. nice continental breakfast in concierge space.
Disliked: While bar is pretty, the selection was minimal. We asked for a tawny port and the bar had none, pls limited red wine by the glass.
