Liked: The view is priceless. I enjoyed the place both night time with the fire pitand day time from sunrise.

Liked: Location, comfortable bed, water view, 10min walk to St Augustine, free breakfast and canopies 5-6pm, small pool with nice outside seating, staff very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Over priced for standard of property - probably paying for location, breakfast and coffee all luke warm, poached egg hard, room a little tired - needs tlc

Disliked: The “excepcional rating” from Booking.com created expectations on the infrastructure. The property is fair and the cleaning needs improvement (eg bed sheets were not replaced from previous guest).

Liked: Enjoyed a brilliant stay, the property was exactly as described. Great location, great staff, good food really enjoyed breakfast and the snacks at 5pm a lovely touch and a chance to chat to the staff and other guests. Thank you
