Great stay, convenient location

Liked: Exceptionally clean, lovely staff and great views. A short walk to old town with no worries about parking. Breakfast was not mass produced and was lovely overlooking the water. The hot pool was excellent and we have no reservations about recommending this Hotel:
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Great location, perfect for good weather. Great staff.
Disliked: Value for money. Unfortunately we found a roach and a spider in the room. The bathrooms could be better for the price point, and the maintenance of the rooms. It was clean but not spotless. For $360/night you expect high standards not average. The breakfast just average for the price as well.

Disliked: The room had an awful wet, moldy smell to it and the rate was too high for the room. Lots of traffic noise.

Liked: The location was great. We loved being right in the water. It was so relaxing. It was a great way to celebrate our anniversary. They were even thoughtful enough to put an anniversary card in our room to celebrate with us!
Disliked: It was a bit of a walk to the city, but we knew that before we booked it.

Liked: View and location. Breakfast was nice also.
Disliked: 1/2 the sliding door had a busted seal and moisture trapped inside making 1/2 the view obstructed.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The complimentary breakfast was very good and the social hour snacks were nice. Really nice view of the river and the town.
Disliked: It is a little bit of a hike over the bridge to town so if you have mobility issues that should be a consideration.
