Liked: I did like the double deluxe room as it was spacious and also there were amneties available for use.
Disliked: No phone in the room was bit off for me to reach reception. The breakfast was very expensive and lacked quite a few bits. The breakfast items need to be improved.The room service also needs to be be improved as the bedsheet was not replaced even if it was dirty.

A very vulgar thirtyish "manager"...

Disliked: The hotel is located in a shopping area and the neighbourhood gets shabby after the shops close (drugs, homeless, robberies).I got to stay in three diferent rooms - all were dirty (see pictures attached).A very vulgar thirtyish "manager" told I could leave the hotel after me asking to change room due to all the dirt in the room.

Liked: Got upgraded to a bigger room ,but only because the first room we went to was already occupied
Disliked: Hotel generally tired didn’t like the area it was in .toilet was dirty,Fridge would have been nice .thought it was poor as a 4 star hotel

Liked: Very comfortable and clean place. Staff were fantastic, world class customer service. The hotel is within walking distance from the main touristic attractions and with a plethora of public transport options to choose from. Très Fantastique!
Disliked: Difficult to fault this property, the only thing that comes to mind is the calibration of the Nespresso machine in the rooms as they only dispense a short single espresso, regardless of the option you choose from. I know! First World problems … ☕️
