Liked: We liked the convenience of a morning shuttle for the airport. A restaurant within walking distance that was on the water. The elevator required a room key to access upper floors.
Disliked: Our view was a roof full of multiple very noisy air conditioner units. The lobby was "under construction" and very unflattering and the restaurant/bar didn't open until 5. Breakfast is not served until 7 which is too late for those with early flights. Parking fee seems very unnecessary and expensive.

Shuttle service was horrible, room...

Liked: The room was very clean. The front desk staff were pleasant.
Disliked: We knew the lobby was under construction, we did not know the bar and restaurant were also. We booked the hotel for the shuttle service which was horrible! We waited for two and a half hours. I called four times and was told they were on their way. After standing in the rain, I called the hotel and was told they were not coming. If we wanted to use their shuttle service it would cost $200.00...needless to say we got an Uber for $100.00The part that upset me was that I called the hotel directly before booking to confirm the shuttle service. I then called before boarding the ship and gave the service all of our information, I then called four times and was told they were on their way. This was a horrible experience. If you are looking for a clean hotel, you won't be disappointed.
