Disliked: The layout of the property was not the best you butt it up to the highway. The bathrooms were not well designed at all no privacy. It smelled like sewage in the bathroom. We moved our room three times outside sitting at the pool that was cold. All you smelled was food that smelled like grease. That was not pleasant at all Food for breakfast was not good. The drawers in the room did not close. Some of them were broken. The shower had terrible water pressure .There wasn’t one thing that we liked about this hotel unfortunately I do not recommend.

Liked: The ac was nice and cool, didn't get hot in my sleep
Disliked: Upon arrival the host at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to evacuate my home due to weather I arrived at 7 am due to an additional 4 hours of unexpected traffic. I'd said i'd be there at 2 am, arrival time was out of my hands, I called to let them know, but nobody answered, I didn't stress it to call again. Star the coordinator at the front desk said nothing is available for me because I came in the morning instead of night with a nasty attitude and facial expression telling me i needed to call if i was going to be late, which would rub anyone the wrong way. I said can you please at least look up my last name I did book a room. She responded " GIRL DONT GET AN ATTITUDE WITH ME" which i responded " ma'am im not calling you out of your name or looking to be disrespectful i tried to call no one answered we are in a state of emergency, I dont care if I can only sleep here from 7-11 its fine" she continued to call me "girl" raise her voice andbe very disrespectful. Before I left I requested to speak with a manager about the incident and waited at the front for 45 minutes. The manager never came back out to speak with me. Overall very displeased, will not be returning.

Liked: Clean hotel and very appealing to the eyes especially with their marine type vision. Very central from the cruise ship terminal and the FT. Lauderdale airport. Loved the 19$ breakfast voucher ! Thank you !
Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel had some renovations happening and there wasn't a broader menu for the restaurant and that they had run out of some of what our party wanted to order otherwise what we did order the food was good. Our coffee machine wasn't working in the room and unfortunately maintenance wasn't able to come to repair.
